working principle
After the sand water mixture enters the sedimentation tank of the sand washing machine, the coarse sand grains sink into the bottom of the tank, and the fine dust flows out from the overflow port with the water flow. The sand particles at the bottom of the tank are slowly separated from the water by the screw shaft and discharged from the sand discharge port.
Work process
1. The raw material enters the jaw crusher through the feeder to perform the first-stage crushing.
2. After the first stage crushing, the stone enters the cone crusher  through the conveyor belt for secondary crushing.
3. After the secondary crushing, the stone enters the impact crusher through the conveyor belt for three-stage crushing.
4. After the third-stage crushing, the finished product enters the screening machine through the conveyor belt for screening of different sizes
